Broc Shot Capsules use a vegan delayed-release (enteric) coating that protects both glucoraphanin and the myrosinase enzyme through stomach acid. The capsule dissolves in your small intestine where pH is optimal for activation. When released, myrosinase converts glucoraphanin to sulforaphane inside your body—the same reaction that happens when mixing powder with water, just internally. Research shows enteric coating can enhance conversion by protecting myrosinase from stomach acidity.

Take 2 capsules daily with water—with or without food. If you're new to sulforaphane or have a sensitive stomach, start with 1 capsule after a meal. The natural, plant-based delayed-release coating protects ingredients through stomach acid regardless of food intake, but taking with food during the first week can help minimize digestive adjustment as your body adapts to enhanced detoxification. You can, but it's not recommended. If swallowing capsules is difficult, you’re welcome to open them and take the contents as a shot. Simply mix the powder from the capsules with about 2 oz of cold to room-temperature water before drinking.
