Broc Shot Capsules use a vegan delayed-release (enteric) coating that protects both glucoraphanin and the myrosinase enzyme through stomach acid. The capsule dissolves in your small intestine where pH is optimal for activation. When released, myrosinase converts glucoraphanin to sulforaphane inside your body—the same reaction that happens when mixing powder with water, just internally. Research shows enteric coating can enhance conversion by protecting myrosinase from stomach acidity.

Take 2 capsules daily with water—with or without food. If you're new to sulforaphane or have a sensitive stomach, start with 1 capsule after a meal.
